Board of supervisory

The Supervisory Board consists of independent members with management experience in relevant medical, legal, and financial fields.

The Supervisory Board oversees the policy of the Management Board and general affairs at Haaglanden Clinics and its affiliated company.

It advises the Management Board. In fulfilling its duties, the Supervisory Board acts in the best interests of Haaglanden Clinics and its affiliated company.

In accordance with applicable statutory obligations, including the WNT (Standards for Remuneration of Top Officials), an audit report has been issued by our auditor.
