With a view to improving the quality of care at Haaglanden Clinics, you may be approached via email and/or in writing to take part in a quality survey before and/or after receiving treatment. Bosgra Onderzoek, an ISO 20252-certified healthcare research agency, has been commissioned by Haaglanden Clinics to perform these surveys. They will handle your medical data with the utmost care and comply with all legal and supra-legal requirements of Zorginstituut Nederland, Zorgverzekeraars Nederland and the Dutch Authority for the Protection of Personal Data. This is guaranteed by the agency’s ISO 20252:2019 certification, which is the ISO standard for research agencies worldwide that imposes with very strict privacy and information security requirements on them. Only data that is absolutely necessary for the survey will be processed. If you do not wish to take part in these quality surveys, please inform our staff.

Public transportation
Haaglanden Clinics is easy to reach by public transport from The Hague Central Station and The Hague Hollands Spoor Station. The clinic is within walking distance of the Madurodam and Wagenaarweg tram stops. Plan your visit via www.9292ov.nl.
Car
Haaglanden Clinics is also easily accessible by car. After you pass the roundabout at Madurodam (Plesmanweg/ Nieuwe Parklaan, Madurodam bridge), turn onto the service road adjacent to Nieuwe Parklaan. Please note that this is a bicycle lane where cars are permitted, but expected to drive carefully to ensure cyclists’ safety. Parking at Haaglanden Clinics is free.
